HR Management: What Supervisors and Managers Need to Know This course is a 4½-day classroom course for supervisors and managers to provide a baseline understanding of key Human Resource Management areas and tools including: · Workforce Management · Staffing · Classification · Employee Relationship · Labor Relations · Performance Management · Options for Resolving Employee Complaints -Early Intervention Program · Managing Safety of Your Workforce · Quality of Work Life Programs The course is also designed to motivate participants to ask questions and to assist participants in identifying and using HRM/CR resources to help them solve HR challenges.
