PRESENTING WITH IMPACT

The ability to speak confidently and effectively is probably the single greatest opportunity any one person can have to inform, persuade and lead others to take action. In light of the increasing demands of marketing, it is essential that we learn to influence our audience in the most clear, concise and compelling way. We cannot afford to miss an opportunity to make a positive impact, nor can we afford to make a mistake. Both are too costly in terms of the time, money and energy spent to correct the situation, and to reduce error ratios.

It has been estimated that 70% of the mistakes that occur in the work place and as much as 80% of lost business are the results of poor communication-not to mention the resultant frustrations. Oral communication is today's medium, and WE are the vehicles. We need to know how to make people want to listen, believe us and take action. This course will help us enhance WHAT we say, and HOW we say, so that our ideas don't go unrecognized. We will learn how to design presentations with impact and present information in an enlightening manner with increased audience participation and involvement.
